On July 20, 2023, Stage 1 of the Drought Contingency Plan (DCP) for the Bridgeland community was implemented. The target was to achieve a 10% reduction in water use through voluntary means.

Dear Bridgeland MUD Resident, On Tuesday, August 22, 2023, Water Treatment Plant #2 began experiencing power related issues due to a bird flying into the power line.

Due to high demand of the regional water system serving the Bridgeland community, we are implementing Stage 1 Drought Contingency Plan (DCP).

Dear Bridgeland MUD Residents: Please be advised, Texas Hurricane Season for 2023 will begin on June 1. We encourage residents to plan ahead to be safe in an emergency.

Dear MUD Residents: As you may be aware, North Bridgeland Lake Parkway is undergoing construction to expand towards Highway 99. As the road develops to reach the highway, the main water lines must follow.

Update: Services restored at 2:00 a.m. January 18, 2023.

Thank you to everyone’s efforts in conserving water and utilizing groundwater wells for usage, the help was very much appreciated from our operations team. 

Bridgeland MUD Residents: Please be advised, Inframark has received the below notice from the West Harris County Regional Water Authority.

The West Harris County Regional Water Authority (WHCRWA) continues to monitor the impacts of this freeze event and is anticipating a reduction in surface water delivery from the City of Houston.

There is no boil water notice in effect for Bridgeland residents or businesses. The City of Houston has issued a Boil Water Notice for their water system and other systems effected by the City’s issue.

The District has implemented a text alert system for the residents of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 419. This system is designed to keep you informed of issues related to the District in a quick and timely manner.

Updated Trash and Recycling Collection Guidelines

Get a rough estimate of water usage for your irrigation system and watering best practices.

These notices will remain posted continuously until June 16, 2022.

Bridgeland will be on a one day delay due to weather. Tanner business unit is closed today. Bridgeland’s trash will be picked up on Saturday. Recycling is not collected this week.

Trash collection delayed today due to drivers out sick. Trash routes not completed today will be completed tomorrow.

Recycling collection will be delayed until Monday (due to drivers out sick and the holiday on Saturday).

There will be a delay in the recycling collection in Bridgeland today. Recycling will be collected tomorrow, on Saturday.

Bridgeland Residents, There will be a delay in the recycling collection in Bridgeland today, December 3rd.

As part of the AMR conversion project, The Harris County MUD No. 419 Board of Directors elected to change out 135 meters per month.

Bridgeland Residents – Recycling Collection on 11/19/21 has been delayed. Leave carts out if not collected. Trucks will complete recycling collection on Saturday, 11/20/21. Thank you.

Please be advised, as a courtesy to residents, the HC MUD 419 Board of Directors have implemented a High User letter program.

Dear Water Customer, On September 22, 2021 Harris County MUD No. 418 rescinded Stage 2 of its Drought Contingency Plan (“DCP”). With the recission of Stage 2, Stage 1 of the DCP went back into effect

Update: September 28, 2021 Please be advised, due to unexpected field issues the conversion has been pushed back. More details and a date for reschedule is currently underway.

Dear Harris County MUD #419 Resident, The Harris County MUD 418 public water system, (PWS) ID 1013329, will convert the disinfectant used in the distribution system from chloramine to free chlorine in specific sections of Harris County MUD 419.

Dear Water Customer, On August 30, 2021 Harris County MUD No. 418 implemented Stage 2 of its Drought Contingency Plan (“DCP”). The target for Stage 2 is a 20% water usage reduction through restrictive measures and community participation.

Dear Harris County MUD #419 Resident, In the afternoon of Monday, September 20, 2021, the main water line experienced a break located on Red Oak Bend. The water line break caused a major leak which will result in an emergency repair.

Trash Routes not completed on 09/14 in Bridgeland will be completed today.

Dear Water Customer, In light of the recent implementation of Drought Contingency Stage 2, the District would like to provide further clarification on the issues at hand.

Recycling contamination happens when items are put out for collection that are not on the recycling collection list below. These items are not recycled.
